Warranty Policy

At LANOKE, we design, develop and source products of excellent quality. When you choose our furniture and homewares, you choose an item that is intended to last.

LANOKE will cover all issues relating to product defects, either of workmanship or materials. The decision to do this will be at the sole discretion of LANOKE. If the defect or damage is caused by improper use, insufficient care or modifications made to the product, the item will not be covered by warranty.

LANOKE will repair or replace the product or part with identical materials. If identical materials are unavailable at the time, the product or part will be replaced or repaired with materials or products of equal or better quality.
 

What Our Warranty Covers:

This warranty policy lasts for 3 years after the receipt of products from LANOKE. During the warranty period, LANOKE will provide replacement parts for any damage that is due to defects in material or workmanship.

 
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
  • Items not purchased directly from LANOKE
  • Items used in situations other than residential use, or items in improper use
  • Damage caused by lack of appropriate care and maintenance
  • Fading due to sunlight exposure
  • Variations in color or texture of fabrics
  • Variations in timber, stone, or other natural materials
  • Damage caused by using improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals
  • The appearance of mold or mildew
  • Damage due to pets or rodents
  • Normal flattening or compression of cushions due to wear and tear
  • Regular wear and tear
